Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The Wexera Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved affiliates ("Affiliate", "you") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Wexera ("Company", "we", "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

To participate, you must submit an affiliate application. Applications are reviewed manually. Wexera reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral code and link. Wexera may terminate your affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated.

Approved affiliates earn a 20% commission on every referred customer's actual payment amount after the affiliate discount is applied. Example: • Original Plan Price: $149 • Affiliate Discount (20%): -$29.80 • Customer Pays: $119.20 • Your Commission (20%): $23.84 Commissions are one-time only. Subscription renewals do not generate additional commissions. Each referred customer generates one commission regardless of future upgrades.

Customers who sign up through your referral link receive a 20% discount on their first subscription payment. This discount is applied automatically at checkout. The affiliate commission is calculated from the discounted amount paid by the customer, not the original price.

Wexera uses Last-Click Attribution with a 30-day attribution window. If a visitor clicks your referral link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you receive the commission. If the visitor clicks another affiliate's link before purchasing, the last affiliate link clicked receives attribution. If the visitor purchases after the 30-day window has expired, no commission is generated.

All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date of the referred purchase. During this period, commissions are marked as "Pending" and are not available for withdrawal. This holding period exists to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

If a referred customer receives a refund before the holding period ends, the associated commission will be cancelled or reversed. If a refund occurs after commission approval but before payout, the commission will be frozen and reversed. If a refund occurs after the affiliate has been paid, a negative adjustment will be applied to the affiliate's balance. All reversals are recorded and immutable.

The minimum payout amount is $200 USD. Affiliates cannot request a payout if their available balance is below $200. There is no maximum payout limit. Your available balance is shown in your affiliate dashboard.

Wexera supports the following payout methods: • PayPal — via your registered PayPal email address • Wise — via your registered Wise account details Payouts are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Wexera is not responsible for fees charged by PayPal or Wise. You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate.

Affiliates may not refer themselves, their own accounts, their own company accounts, or any accounts under their control. Self-referrals will be rejected and may result in account suspension or termination without payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Spam or unsolicited communications • Misleading or false advertising • Unauthorized use of Wexera trademarks or brand assets • Paid search bidding on Wexera brand keywords unless explicitly authorized • Creating fake accounts or fake conversions • Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent attribution methods • Making false claims about Wexera products or pricing • Promoting Wexera in violation of any applicable laws Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Wexera monitors affiliate activity for suspicious patterns including but not limited to: repeated clicks from the same source, unusual conversion spikes, duplicate payment accounts, and self-referral patterns. Suspicious activity will be flagged for review. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be suspended and may have commissions withheld pending investigation.

Selected affiliates may be designated as Founding Partners. Founding Partners operate under the same commercial terms unless explicitly configured otherwise in writing. Wexera reserves the right to introduce partner tiers with different commission rates in the future. Changes will be communicated prospectively and will not affect previously earned commissions.

Wexera reserves the right to modify commission rates, discount rates, attribution windows, holding periods, payout thresholds, and other program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice before taking effect for future commissions. Existing pending commissions will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of the referred purchase.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, earned commissions that have passed the holding period and meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid out according to the standard payout schedule. Commissions that have not passed the holding period at the time of termination may be forfeited at Wexera's discretion.

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Wexera's business, including but not limited to commission rates, customer data, internal pricing, and business strategies, unless such information is publicly available.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through good faith negotiation. Wexera's decisions regarding commission disputes are final.
