Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Wexera platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including exporters, manufacturers, and export development teams.

You may use Wexera only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute platform data without prior written consent
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features on the platform. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period. Credits purchased in additional packs do not expire. Refunds for credit packs are not available unless required by applicable law.

The Wexera platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wexera and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Trade data is sourced from BACI (CEPII) and is used under applicable data licenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Wexera offers an Affiliate Program that allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers. The Affiliate Program is governed by separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions, which form part of these Terms of Service for participating affiliates.
